Owner, Eddie Shipstad has directed ice shows since 1999. Eddie is a third generation ice show visionary and continues his family heritage of over 75 years of ice show entertainment. He was a five-time US National competitor and was a principal soloist with Disney’s World on Ice in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Japan. Shipsta

He was a five-time US National competitor and was a principal soloist with Disney’s World on Ice in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Japan. Shipstad Entertainment is the preferred ice show company for corporate events for Destination Services of Colorado at the Broadmoor World Arena. In 2015, Eddie received the prestigious Ritter F. Shumway award to "a person in the skating world who has earned distinction for unending dedication and significant contribution to the world of figure skating." One of the production highlights for the company was performing at the Pre-game VIP Kick-Off Party for the Superbowl XLVI in Indianapolis.

Eddie H. Shipstad, Eddie’s Grandfather, started the first-ever traveling ice show in the world, the Shipstads and Johnson Ice Follies in 1936.
